Terms of service
Last updated 21 October 2026
1. Who we are
RonRender is run by the owner of RonRender, a sole trader based in Waterford, Ireland. You can reach us at support@example.com. These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use RonRender.
2. What RonRender does
You upload a short video clip and choose a change: a new background, a new rider, or a new bike. We send your clip and your chosen image to an AI video model and give you back the result. AI results vary from clip to clip and aren’t always perfect. We don’t promise any particular result.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 to use RonRender. If you’re under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission, and they must make any purchase.
- Keep access to your email or Google account safe. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- One account per person. Don’t create extra accounts to get around limits.
4. Credits and payment
- You pay for videos with credits. The number of credits a video uses is shown before you confirm, and depends on the clip length and quality.
- Prices are in euro and include VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe. For most purchases Link, Stripe’s checkout service, sells the credits to you as the merchant of record and handles tax.
- Credits from one-time packs never expire. Monthly plan credits stay usable for 1 month after the billing period they’re for, then expire. We always use the credits that expire soonest first.
- Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred or swapped for money, except as our refund policy says.
- If a video fails, the credits it used go back to your balance automatically.
5. Subscriptions
Monthly plans renew automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel or change plan at any time from Billing. Cancelling stops future payments; your plan runs until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you keep the credits you’ve been given until they expire.
6. Your content
- You keep all rights to the clips and images you upload and to the videos you make with them.
- You give us permission to store and process your uploads only so we can make your videos, check them for safety, and keep the service running. We don’t use your uploads or videos to train AI models.
- You must own your uploads or have permission to use them. That includes footage filmed by someone else and photos of other people.
- Uploads and finished videos are deleted automatically 30 days after they’re created. Download anything you want to keep.
- Some platforms ask you to label AI-made or AI-edited videos. Please follow the rules of wherever you post.
7. What you must not do
You must not use RonRender to create or upload:
- a real person’s likeness without their consent, including swapping a real person in as a character;
- any content involving children, including images of children as a reference;
- nudity or sexual content;
- content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, violent or threatening;
- videos meant to deceive people into believing something false about a real person or event;
- someone else’s footage, logos or trademarks in a way that suggests they endorse you, or that breaks their rights.
You also must not try to break, overload, copy or get around the limits of the service. We check images automatically and may block content, cancel renders, or suspend accounts that break these rules. We report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires.
8. Your rights as a consumer
You normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Because credits are digital content supplied straight away, you agree that once you use any of a pack’s credits to start a video you lose that cancellation right for that pack. Unused credits can be refunded as set out in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Irish or EU consumer law.
9. Our responsibility to you
We work hard to keep RonRender running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. If we’re at fault, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. This doesn’t limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can’t be limited by law.
10. Changes and ending
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you by email or on the site before it applies. You can stop using RonRender at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms; if we close yours without a good reason, we’ll refund your unused paid credits.
11. Law
These terms are governed by Irish law. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protections of your own country’s consumer law.
